Special Call for Artists

The Nature-themed Show & Sale of Fine Art & Fine Craft

at the Perinton Community Center

ABG Artists:

Only a few spaces remain. Spaces will be filled first-come first-served.

The Nature-themed Show is returning to its roots in the Perinton Community Center (1350 Turk Hill Rd, Fairport NY) on Saturday, November 10, 2012, 10AM to 4PM. Tentative set-up times of Friday 7-10PM and Saturday 7-10AM will be confirmed at a later date with the participating artists. This is a one-day event with twelve to twenty exhibitors, and is free and open to the public.

Artist costs:

- Space fee is $50.

- Show commission is 15% on all sales. All accepted applicants agree to pay this commission by check payable to Town of Perinton at the close of the Show.

Please send the following by June 30. Earlier applicants will be given the preferred spots.

·         Your contact info (mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address).

·         Kind of art you’ll exhibit.

·         Your preferred booth size.

·         Indicate if you need an 8-ft table and chairs provided (no additional cost).

·         Indicate if you need electric (and if so plan to bring 50-ft extension cord just in case).

·         Your check for $50 space fee payable to Town of Perinton.
