The two artists went to Florence, Italy, and created two bodies of work: paintings by Lubey and photographs by Nott. They are presenting their work in pairs, two treatments of the same or similar scene.
Joining Marty Nott and Dick Lubey in the exhibit are 22 photographers exhibiting their work: Gail Rivera is featured in the East Gallery and guest photographers are Christiana Beck, Helen Ellis, Pablo Gavilondo, Jessica Kamens, and Lou Ryen. Award-winning photographs from Camera Rochester competitions feature the work of Bonnie Gamache, Elaine Nusbaum, Nancy Stockmaster, Karen Walker, John Williamson, and Wu-Hsuing Yang. Rounding out the exhibit is work by Artist-in-Residence, Jim Patton, as well as Gallery Partners Dick Bennett, Steve Levinson, Gil Maker, Don Menges, Dan Neuberger, Betsy Phillips, Gary Thompson, Phyllis Thompson, and Sheridan Vincent. Additionally Carl Crumley will be joining the gallery as a partner with this exhibit.
